STATIC AND DYNAMIC AERONAUTICAL DATA MANAGEMENT, WORKFLOW AND PUBLISHING
Users of aeronautical data and information, especially Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) and military agencies, have a need to access and distribute both static and dynamic aeronautical data efficiently and accurately. Prompt and high quality distribution of data contributes to improved safety and increases the efficiency and cost-effectiveness for all users of aeronautical information.
IAS, the IDS AirNav AeroDB Suite, lies at the heart of IDS AirNav Aeronautical Information Management solution and provides a powerful infrastructure for structured static and dynamic aeronautical data management, translation and distribution. This is joined by CRONOS, which is dedicated to dynamic aeronautical data management and enables the transition from AIS to AIM. ICE and WePub provide rule driven, automated solutions to the publication of aeronautical charts and aeronautical publications including Integrated Aeronautical Information Packages (IAIPs) respectively. Data workflow, from initial data submission, via data input into the database and then to final publication or use, is managed by PLX, a web-based IDS AirNav solution for aeronautical data and task workflow management. Finally, A-RMS enables providers of air navigation services (ANS) with an evidence-based solution for managing their ANS revenue collection operations.
